My service guy, Mike, does an incredible job. Nothing but the best to say about Mike! However, I’m never buying an Audi ever again. Audi rips you off in so many ways it’s ridiculous and you can’t get tires from somewhere else or do oil changes from a place like Mavis because of issues like calibration and more. So you’re obligated to go to Audi or else you will have more issues. Furthermore, Audis costs are so ridiculously high and then you have to get an Audi care package which is also super expensive. Audi never disappoints. Richard is our service Rep. Richard makes sure that everything is address. The video aspect of it all is amazing! I've had several Audis and the experience gets better & batter.
Experience was very good.
Outstanding service department. Great communications by service advisor Jennifer. Trouble free pick-up of our leased car by polite professional rep and drop off of an Audi loaner. Vehicle serviced appropriately and returned when promised. Video clip of service tech explaining what has been done is quite helpful. What more can anyone ask for?
