If you are under warranty , dealerships certainly provide the best experience. Sadly , the Braman auto group and Audi in general destroys their brand and makes long term ownership a costly process. Audi cars aren’t necessarily unreliable but dealerships run people out with costs that are too high. It is no wonder they don’t show you the price online when you book an appointment. A simple alignment for an S4…$439!!!! Call any Indy shop with amazing reviews and I promise they can do it just as good for 60% less! What a shame!!... read more
Very helpful excellent service
My service guy, Mike, does an incredible job. Nothing but the best to say about Mike! Mike deserves a raise and should be running this place! However a different Mike, Mike O’Sullivan is hands down the worst thing to ever happen to Audi WPB. However, I’m never buying an Audi ever again. Audi rips you off in so many ways it’s ridiculous and you can’t get tires from somewhere else or do oil changes from a place like Mavis because of issues like calibration and more. 2025: We have 2 Audi's. 1st one, I went for oil change only, waited. Took 3 hours. 2nd car, took so long to drop off. Service advisors have no regard for your personal time. 2024: Great experience except for EXTREMELY RUSHED service advisor, couldn't ask questions.... may try Coconut Creek Audi for next service
