Avoid Audi of Queens at all costs! My experience here was beyond disappointing due to the poor professionalism of their finance manager. The wait time was unbearable—over 2.5 hours just to sign papers. To make matters worse, the finance manager was caught red-handed trying to alter the deal and sneak in an extra $250! When confronted, instead of owning up to the mistake, he became obnoxious and unprofessional, trying to shift the blame to someone else. Every three years I purchased a new Audi. I started looking for an Audi at my local dealership the numbers that they were requesting didn't add up. So I started looking throughout the US, I came across the Audi connection and called them based on their having an S7. I was directed to the sales department and spoke with Rachel. service levels have deteriorated greatly. have left multiiple non returned messages for who we thought was our service advisor and service manager, steve. left messages with other service agents, multiple times, who said they'd have someone get back to us. Received no responses each time. Am left with the impression we are no longer valued customers of Coral Springs Audi. Service agents seem to appear that they don't feel the need to answer phone calls or return messages left for them.
