Super smooth experience. They were very detailed in what needed to be repaired. Highly recommended!
Roland is the most honest, reasonable and patient mechanic I have ever dealt with. He explains everything he did in detail!!! Would recommend him to everyone!!!!
Enjoyed bringing my car to the shop, everyone was very helpful. Very informative straight forward, and showed that they really care about the customer experience. I highly recommend for all owners of Volkswagen/Audi vehicles!!
I emailed them for a quotation, but no one responded. When I called, Melissa or Rebecca (or whoever it was) was extremely rude and unpolite. I’m taking my business elsewhere. Highly not recommended. Their customer service is extremely poor.
