I have never been to this facility until recently and I found all employees to be extremely helpful, accommodating of my situation, and willing to explain in detail the needs of my vehicle. I am extremely pleased with the services I've received so far and will be returning to have repairs completed.
I had a hard time finding a place to work on an Audi. Rebecca got me in quickly and even though there was a miscommunication about what work needed to be done because of trying to expedite the work Israel and Rebecca did everything possible to rectify it in a way that felt good to all of us. I really appreciate their relationship-based way of working and I would recommend them fully. (Also I never write reviews, but I wanted to just really express my appreciation.)
My experience with Audiwerks was fantastic from start to finish. The communication, the price, the customer service, everything was great!
