I am impressed! I had a multi-point inspection yesterday on an older Audi (determining if it is time to sell or invest in the car). The quality of the inspection and the detailed review with Roland was top notch. There was a lot to discuss and Roland took his time reviewing each issue. They also provide an amazing report with photos.
Roland & Israel are a dynamic duo! Had a pretty big repair done and I am so glad I chose to go to Roland instead of the dealership. They are very reasonably priced, there’s no hidden agenda. Being able to speak with the mechanic working on your vehicle is huge, Roland explained everything to me & was very helpful, you can tell he takes great pride in his work & that’s one thing you don’t find at the dealerships. As long as I own an Audi this is where it will be serviced. So grateful to have found them!
I've been taking my Q3 to Audi-Werks for years, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. Even after briefly trying other places due to a move, I can confidently say no one provides better service. Their hours may not be as expansive as a big dealership, but they are absolutely worth the wait. Honestly one of the smoothest mechanic experiences I have ever had. Scheduled appt for repair through website and text message. Dropped car off at 9 and it was done by noon. Highly recommend.
