This a great little, conveniently located shop. Had my 2024 S5 there yesterday for the first time for some work and met the owner. Excellent communication throughout the process. I will be back for sure.
Love the whole process of the work that audiwerks provided thank... Went very smooth... Would recommend to any audi or VW owner..
Very unprofessional. I left my car Monday and by Thursday no progress was made due to slow, after-hours communication. Only then was I told it wouldn’t be done until the following Monday. When I voiced my frustration, they refused me service altogether instead of addressing the issue. Complete waste of time.
