I had a hard time finding a place to work on an Audi. Rebecca got me in quickly and even though there was a miscommunication about what work needed to be done because of trying to expedite the work Israel and Rebecca did everything possible to rectify it in a way that felt good to all of us. I really appreciate their relationship-based way of working and I would recommend them fully. (Also I never write reviews, but I wanted to just really express my appreciation.)
My experience with Audiwerks was fantastic from start to finish. The communication, the price, the customer service, everything was great!
I can’t not rave about this place more! I have a 2012 vw beetle that has had a few major problems like timing chain etc. Before coming to audiwerks I had called a few places & they laughed at me & told me they wouldn’t even touch my car. when I called audi werks they never hesitated to fix my car & they always explain everything thoroughly to me & being a women I think that really matters.
