I bought my 1st car here at this dealership. My audi a3 2007 and I just got another one from them. My audi q3 2022. It's been always a smooth transaction going to these dealership. Thank you to Sal for giving us all the information we need. Even now that I already got the car, he always respond to me whenever I have questions according to the car and services. This dealership is highly recommended and all their staff are awesome.
Manipulated & scammed I’ve stopped about ~5m$ in sales volume at this location and for good reason.. First thing.. the finance manager scam. I wanted to finance the car to build credit.. I was told the interest rate would be triple what was offered at the banks due to my age and that there was no other option available.. so of course I took it. When I told her my plans to pay off the balance within 3 months, she said “you have to wait at least 6 months otherwise you’re now allowed to pay it off”… I thought, that’s weird but ... read more
I find it very interesting that one Audi dealership from another will charge higher or lower, depending on the dealership for the same type of service on the same vehicle this dealership was trying to charge me $300 more than another dealership for the same service doesn’t make sense to me in the lack of consistency is an issue since it is the same company. Let me be honest and say that Audi Vaughn is a great car dealership. Through there customer service to their fine car displays. As I was greeted nicely and attended by a great salesman named Domenic Bati, he was a extraordinary gentleman that took his time to go through all the specs, all the details as in the carfax, the car history and anything relevant pertaining the cars.
