not enough room here to put all of what I’ve been through from sales person JOSHUA, used car manager LUCA, so called manager of some type JESSA, highest manager ROB, even the executive assistant to Mr. Pfaff in being Leslie, then even way up to Lithia customer cares centre. Beware of negligence, deception and lies. This is the worst car buying experience of my life. The team that supports this dealership has absolutely no problem taking your money and leaving you with a vehicle and experience that feels criminal. How it’s remotely possible there’s any 5 star reviews here is a pathetic joke. I bought an Audi SQ5 priced $5000-$7000 more than all the others I seen, but reason I did is the sales person Joshua Gonzalez told me that it’s only been serviced at Audi Vaughan. It’s mechanically sound and perfect interior and exterior. I did this easy transaction all over the phone trusting in a big entity like Pfaff and Audi Vaughan.
