Alex Rodman with Audi Van Nuys has been amazing to work with! We had a car stolen and were trying to buy a car from a distance which made me very nervous. The reviews didn’t help but after working with Alex and the dealership I realized that nothing I read was accurate. Alex worked with me, guided me and helped me every step of the way. Love my Audi I love my Audi I got at Keyes! I go back there peiodically for service and in the beginning it was free. They were great and would give me a loaner car or free rental car when the repairs took long. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again!
Bad dealings! Buyers BEWARE!!! – It's a long story...first mistake was walking onto the lot last year and actually leasing a car!...or was it a lemon...well anyway after 9 months of aggravation I had to passionatley request a new one! I've declared WAR on these people! I've had to take a $ loss and now pay more $ for a car that smells like an arm pit! I think there's mold in the filter!
