Took my Q5 to service for recall. They fix the recall issue. But they are reluctant to fix issues that’s covered by warranty. They are hard to work with and bullshit about the issue suppose to be covered by warranty and issue that clearly causing me fail the safety inspection.
Alex Mnatsakanov always does a great job looking after our vehicles’ service.
