Responsive, transparent and helpful team. They had my loaner car ready, got me in and out, and serviced my car in an efficient manner.
I had a good experience with my advisor and the worked performed on my vehicle. The only thing that could improve is charging of processing fee for using my maxcare warranty. I understand that is your process, and my warranty does not make it easy to cover the repair but I would be more likely to use Audi for my warranty repair if they would not balance bill me for the repairs and charge me for processing the claim.
The customer service was excellent and the service department was efficient, professional, and very customer focused on what I needed and responsive to my knees
