Stopped in for a campaign recall service for my 22 S5, and for them to look at my failing gas door actuator (53k miles). Instantly felt like they didn't want to be bothered, since they make no money off recall work. Took the service team an hour and a half to determine the actuator was broken (unlocking and locking the fob would tell you that) just for them to tell me they won't cover anything out of warranty and it would be 400+ dollars for the fuel door fix and another 150 in the case that they "broke" one of the pieces.
