We purchased a 2018 Q5 because of the safety features. We recently returned for a 2026 Q5. Shout out to Jimmy LaPorta. He’s been responsive, efficient, and supportive. Shout out to Dan for his patient and thorough orientation session. The safety features continued to be a priority. However, the Turnersville Audi service center was definitely a deciding factor, as well. Shout out to Rebecca! I can’t imagine anyone doing a better job at making that department run as effectively as it does.

Mike really stepped up on the turbo repair. He helped work through the situation, kept the communication practical, and helped get Audi involved with goodwill assistance for the customer. That kind of effort matters, especially on a repair that can get expensive fast. He handled the details fairly, stayed solution focused, and showed a level of follow through that stood out.
