I've been taking my 2019 RS3 to Audi San Jose's Service department for the past 5 years and it was great with Igor. Great customer service and communication
Everything from the time i dropped off through service and pick was excellent. Made the appointment on line and it was not on the books when I arrived although I had online confirmation. You need to work on online booking. I was lucky because the excellent staff fit me in!
I bought a new Audi Q8 in late 2023. For the price I paid, I was sure to ask about loaner vehicles when I service the vehicle. They never have them available! If you call for a service appointment, they can offer one within a week but to “reserve” a loaner, you’ve got to wait two to three weeks. I just got off the phone with service to schedule for a damaged tire that needs replacing (I bought the additional tire/wheel service warranty).
