worst car buying experience ever,new Audi in Sept ,paperwork was wrong,had to resign. havenot received registration,contacted dealership, never send transfer papers in. They emailed me a picture of the registration that they are supposed to be sending, the vin number is for a SUV, I have a sedan.It has been a stressful experience. Still waiting for them to contact me about the wrong VIN on registration...buyer beware.
We've had our Audi 2021 for one year this month 7/28/2022, and we are happy w/the decision to buy the car. The sales manager Joe Giardino, has gone above and beyond to make the after sale support the best. Even on a Saturday July 23, 2022, he was there for us w/a flat tire issue we had. Being senior citizens, and all the changes with these new cars my husband was having an issue getting the tire back on, and Joe was there for him.
