GREAT BUSINESS! Excellent and efficient customer service. After a nightmare experience with Mr. Lube (advertised as an Audi service location) in Bentonville (loose oil drain plug, leaked oil followed by an overfill of oil, no resolution, and no refund) - I went there although I had an appt with Springfield MO Audi because an oil change warning light came on in my car three days before my scheduled appointment in Missouri.
