I was there at 8:00 AM for 2 recall items and out the door at 9:30. Great service, great communication, love my Q5.
I have had my Audi TT roadster serviced at Audi Spokane since I bought it there. The service has always been good and very reliable, though not always inexpensive (which is the hidden cost of buying a car like the TT!)
Nothing but terrible service in the service department and apparently the mechanics don't know what they are doing either! Took my car in here to get the recalls fixed which resulted in my car completely breaking down and having to have it Towed to my mechanic to find it was due to a faulty or wrong part to fix a particular recall. Audi took no responsibility and refused to fix it so I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs along with rental car and taking time off work. Shame on you for taking advantage of people that are coming to you for a recall. Obviously you do not know how to work on these things so you have no business doing it. I would never buy a car from you or have any work done at Spokane Valley Audi
Bought our SUV from this Audi Spokane dealership. John Ward and the rest of the folks at this dealership were a pleasure to work with. I live in the Seattle area. John and his management chain at this dealership were great in working with me remotely ( via phone call , text and email ) on a) helping me locate the car with my specs, and then finalizing the deal. I bought a Audi Q3. I really like it. And I went to Audi Spokane many times. John Ward helped me a lots. He got me a good price and he is very nice guy. He helped me to find a car, which is satisfying. He looks rather patient.
