terrible customer service, most worst ive ever had in my whole life
worst service i've ever experience. they were very rude. i still don't have my car
Took my car and they misdiagnosed my car fixed the completely wrong thing then I brought it back to them and I have yet to hear from them for 12 days without a single phone call then when I call the service manager is nothing but a rude person and thinks that it's OK to speak tocustomers the way he did and it's not I highly suggest you take your car to STM tuning if you have an Audi way better customer service than this bullshit dealership
