I spent a couple of hours in the building while they worked on a recall item - the coffee was warm and yummy, the staff very friendly and I even had the remote to the TV. They fixed the car and then gave me a much needed little tutorial about some things within the car that I hadn't realized yet. It was a very nice, comfortable experience.
First class, all the way. This was routine one year service, but I had a computer malfunction (hey, I don't speak Russian!) a couple of months ago and they got me in and out, all good.
Terrible customer service. Slow and completely clueless at working on audis. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy
Been waiting on a car for over 10 days after being misdiagnosed and they can't give a good explanation for it. Terrible service.
