My experience thus far with Audi Spokane has been stellar! Xay in the service department not only went out of his way to make sure our visit was a good one, he also found a recall that I didn't know about, and arranged for me to return next week, reserved a rental for me so I didn't lose a day of my life, and got it all done in a matter of minutes. While I generally dislike the "mechanics" of purchasing an automobile, Tricia Hawley in sales, & Chris Scott in management made for a pleasant purchase experience. Mandy was well versed in completing my purchase paperwork. All in all, I found this dealer & their staff to be customer centric, low pressure and very knowledgeable. The service department staff treated my Q7 as though it was their own car!! Very pleased!!
John Ward is the man! Incredible service and professional sales experience from John. He was instrumental in our successful purchase and getting all the options on our Q7 Prestige - love the car and love the service. Would recommend to others for a pleasurable purchasing experience.
