Purchased a used 2016 Kia Soul from this Dealership. I was told they did a 125 point safety inspection. I drove home a found that there was no spare tire or tire changing tools. Called to let them know and was told they are not responsible. They offered a can of fix a flat. Spare missing was not noted on 125 point safety inspection. Very disappointed with this dealership.
The service departs customer service is terrible and unfortunately the reason I will never buy another Audi. When you spend $67k on a new car one would expect exceptional customer service.
They're great to work with and have always helped us out; appreciate feeling like we're an important part of their business.
We bought a new 2018 VW Tiguan two weeks ago, and today a 2018 Q3 from Audi/VW of Spokane! We worked with John Ward, the Audi brand specialist and Patrick Mulhern, the sales manager. As you know buying cars can be a trying and unpleasant process, but we had the best experience with both of these guys! We are so happy with the level of service we received from them! Will definitely be referring ALL friends and family to them.
