I rarely leave negative reviews, but after bringing my Audi Q7 in three separate times for the same issue, I feel compelled to speak up. Each visit came with promises that the problem was resolved, only for me to drive away and realize it wasn't. Not only did this waste my time, but it also eroded any trust I had in this service department.
