RecommendedOnly dealership in Spokane. Service used to be great but the past year service has been terrible. It is impossible to reach anyone by phone and emails and voice messages are never returned. Took my vehicle in for a recall and to check on a few other things and no paperwork was provided on the service performed and no one could tell me if all items were addressed. The Sales Team are very knowledgeable about the vehicles. The Finance Team was not pushy. I knew what I wanted going in, and received that treatment. I have not dealt with the Service Department yet, but I look forward to seeing what there team can bring to the table. All around I had a great experience!

Waited close to 3 hours for an oil change and to get my tires rotated and balanced and it took calling x4 to make an appointment, my voicemails were not returned. Was told my car was getting washed for over an hour which seemed inaccurate. Coffee machine had a malfunction and blew coffee out of it on my clothes and there were no paper towels in this area to clean the counter or myself. I will not be returning. We purchased a brand new Audi three years ago from Audi Spokane. Included with the purchase was an Audi extended warranty and gap insurance. We decided to trade our Audi in for a Volkswagen as we wanted to have access to a service department in our town rather than driving 4 hours to get it serviced. 5 stars I could not find way to rate my experience so I just added my own 5 star comment. I had researched other cars but knew little about the Audi. Kelbey and his manager Spencer provided me with a great deal of knowledge without any pressure. I had to come after work and they stayed until I was ready to make a decision without pressure. David Kelly is EXCELLENT to work with. Laid back, no pressure, knowledgeable and just friendly enough. He made the experience painless and this is the second car I’ve bought with him as the salesman. Audi made the experience hassle free but David is a rock star as far as I’m concerned.
Sales force was very helpful and knowledgeable. Each sales rep was friendly and a team player. We could not be more pleased with our experience in purchasing our new car from Audi Spokane.
I have one experience so far with Audi of Spokane. We just bought a new car from them. The arrangements were made prior to us traveling there from Montana, but for some reason, the process took several hours! I would not call that a good experience. We had our child with us. Also, the car had clear spots of dirt or grease. I was told they would send me a bottle of cleaner to clean it myself. I have yet to see the bottle of cleaner.
