John Knapp and his Customer Service Team at Audi Southampton continue hitting the mark on providing exceptional customer service. My first experience with John was last Summer, when my S5 Cab top wouldn't go up and a massive rain storm was rolling in. John got me right in, diagnosed the issue (some sand was blocking the switch) and I was on my way. Fast forward to this Winter when I noticed a bubble on the outer wall of my rear tire.
