Had my Audi towed there by AudiCare for punctured tire. Severe lack of communication by their service department on status. When we were finally able to pick up the car we immediately got a warning light since the new tire had only been inflated to 33 psi. Not a good experience
Bill and Torr took care of me and decisions were easy. Very kind, and on top of making sure you get what you need and quick, and that includes the negotiation.
Had a flat tire stopped by and they fixed it quickly and minimal cost. Great job thank you Jacque and team!
Called them 4 times for a recall service; Audi keeps texting me reminders…every time they say someone will call you back…3 days later still no call from the Service Department…I guess Audis have lots of issues if their service department can’t even call back to schedule an appointment! Never have/had similar experiences with MB/BMW/Lexus! Disappointing!
