Called them 4 times for a recall service; Audi keeps texting me reminders…every time they say someone will call you back…3 days later still no call from the Service Department…I guess Audis have lots of issues if their service department can’t even call back to schedule an appointment! Never have/had similar experiences with MB/BMW/Lexus! Disappointing!
I don't trust the service department anymore. Going to a different Audi dealer now... that's all I have to say
Jacqueline in the service department is incredibly rude, unfriendly, and seems to go out of her way to be unhelpful. Multiple encounters with her have been terrible, and I am dumbfounded that she still works there. Kyle was so much nicer and tried to be helpful. Aside from that I bought the car a couple months ago that is already making a noise. They had it for a day and a half but said they couldn’t replicate the issue so they returned it to me. I especially want to mention Kyle who is the first person who greets me and who has been my guide thru the system this last week. He. Is thoughtful smart and if he doesn’t know something he has stuck with it until he finds out. My sales person Christine has also been very helpful and thoughtful through the process.
