I trust my car with this dealer and the service manager John Knapp unconditionally. I have made many upgrades and out of the dozen times I have been there, the one time there was an issue. It was immediately fixed. And it was a nothing. I am also accommodated with scheduling all the time as I can only bring it on weekends. A+++++++
Salesman (Jack Hart) was great. He was very helpful and cheerful. I had a great experience with him on another Audi purchase a few years ago. The young lady who the paperwork for my most recent Audi purchase was helpful, cheerful and proficient. I wish my Service Advisor would return my phone calls! I leave messages but no returns. Left a message for the Service Manager a week ago and no reply. Definitely lacking in Customer Service skills. Nice Showroom.
