Everyone was fantastic during the appointment for the first oil change and help pairing my phone with the MMI on my new Q5. Anthony assisted in explaining the technology and set up for my car. He was patient and kind which I really need since I am not the most skilled person when it comes to technology. Anthony made me very comfortable immediately. He walked me through the use, finding the apps, and answered all of my questions. Thank you all so much.
It was a 5 star experience from start to finish. The service team was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. They listened to my questions and offered good advice. The staff was helpful and good at explaining the service. The service tech even provided a video of what he found when the car was on the lift!
After searching to find a clean A6 Allroad for a few months and coming up a few hours short across the US across multiple dealerships (including here). Trevor went out of his way to attain a clean Prestige version with a fair price. Paul (finance) worked with me to get financing and funds transferred over before I even arrived at the dealership.
