I arranged for a factory software (x2) update to be installed in my A6. Because it might take more than a day a loaner car was required. The update was completed by the afternoon on day 1, so I started to drive the car home (2 hours away). After 15 minutes, an alert appeared indicating a computer malfunction was present and the cruise control and other high tech functions would not work.
