We received excellent care and service from Allison Libby and Niki Salinas! My family was on a road trip from Seattle to the Oregon coast when our Audi broke down close to Portland. They recognized we were in an unfortunate situation and did everything from prioritizing, diagnosing, repairing our car and getting us into a loaner to be able to complete our trip. We would absolutely recommend this these two women and Audi Service Portland!
Adrian was quick and communicative when my Audi went in for service He informed me original owner purchased a service package and had not used some of it so my service would not cost out of pocket. Quick turn around and was able to pick my car up same day when finished. Audi Portland is the best choice if you own an Audi!
The service associates are friendly and professional, but other than a few minor exceptions, every time they diagnose an issue ($220 for diagnostics alone), I take it to my trusted family mechanic for a second opinion — which almost without fail has been that it's a non-issue. I would be in the hole close to $10,000 by now on a 2018 Q5 if I had done what Audi Service Portland said "needed" to be done. In the rare instance the diagnosed issue has been legit, I've gotten the work done more affordably elsewhere.
I recently took my Audi to Audi Service Portland and Adrian Schermer was my Customer Service person. Adrian was five star in every category (I tried to do this on the survey, but accidently deleted it and can't recover it). He was professional, kind, and attentive. Communication was constant, which I appreciated. I have nothing negative to say about my experience.
Andrew Hull (service advisor) and Niki Salinas (service manager) are pleasant to work with and offer professional customer service. Can’t say the same for Nikci (Nikki?) Lindquist (assistant to service advisor) as she unfortunately lacks common knowledge and customer service skills.
Audi Service Portland has a 4.4 star rating with 360 reviews.
