Dealer repair shops typically get a bad rap, and sadly, often for good reasons. In contrast, Audi Portland is extremely professional and makes me want to come back every time — I have serviced multiple vehicles here over the years and always felt like I was being treated well and getting value for money. As a bonus, I have had a number of fun and interesting conversations with other clients in their nice waiting lounge while waiting for my car to wrap up.
Great experience with our first visit to Audi Service Portland. They were very helpful and it didn’t feel rushed at all. They answered all of my questions and came out to the car to explain some the nuances of the vehicle. Extremely professional but also personable.
