Wish I could give this a 0 for how awful the customer service has been here. Came in on Friday 14th for a car service, the employee barely interacted with me no ‘how are you’, no engagement whatsoever. Then I start having issues with the car after the service and try to contact customer support to discuss this, waited on hold for 10mins to then be told I need to be transferred to the service team. Service Advisor was super condescending & aggressive. Pity, because the Service Manager & Workshop Manager have previously been great. Definitely won’t be back when there’s such a rude individual doing frontline customer service.

Dropped in as there were minor issues with the tire pressure that I had not anticipated. Both Michael and Walter were able to assist swiftly. My special thanks to them for making it a walk in the park!! Very grateful indeed - Audi lives up to its reputation no doubt.
