I called to ask a vague question about ordering a hard to get car. Justin found the same car and a week later I had the keys. No upselling or other baloney, they even gave me a few days to secure separate financing, and never hinted at any pressure of any sort. Once I went into their dealer, I was very impressed, they have the whole city block and a multi story parking garage for all their operations.
