We recently purchased a new vehicle from Audi Seattle and couldn't be happier with the experience. We drove over 200 miles on the car and unfortunately had an issue with one of the tires. I was prepared for a hassle, but the team at Audi Seattle was incredibly professional and took care of us immediately. Not saying you “should” jump university bridge in one of these cars.. just saying it’s possible.
Bought a new car fro Justyn, and he was very helpful! My son and I showed up and walked around checking things out. Justyn was not intrusive but was happy to show us whatever we wanted and let us wander around on our own as well. He did a fantastic job walking us through the cars features and tech system and has been helpful through the buying process as well. I am also LGBTQ (transgender) and the entire staff has been very welcoming.
I just bought my second car from Audi Seattle, they are absolutely wonderful. Thank you to my sales person Justyn for an easy transaction, and handling my questions and needs. Their service department is top-notch as well. I’ll keep using them, love my new Audi SQ5!
Was assisted by Julian and two Sales Managers with lease, all of whom provided OUTSTANDING, professional and thorough customer service! Highly recommend Julian as a no pressure, highly experienced auto sales professional. Very impressed with the whole team at University Audi!! This was a very positive experience (vs a very negative experience with the Bellevue group - highly dissatisfied & disappointed with Bellevue’s entire team).
