Purchased an RS3 today. My sales advisor was Justyn Cruz. The entire experience was exceptional and Justyn’s knowledge of the Audi products and cars in general was impressive. In addition, Audi Seattle did not charge an ADM nor did they charge for any dealer installed options that often times I have not been interested in with other dealerships. I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to leave one for Jay because he really made the whole process easier than I expected. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them patiently. Overall, it was a much smoother experience than past car purchases, and I’m glad I worked with Jay.
