$880+ to perform a routine 60K service where they change a $4 coolant cartridge, a $27 air filter, and perform a multipoint inspection. To cap it off my car now has error codes on the dash that it did not have when I dropped it off. Error codes the service rep said they can’t even fix. Why do I even bother bringing my car to here for service? Seems like I get amnesia every 20K miles.
I had an excellent experience with Jay (sales) and Cory (GM) while leasing a new Q3 for my wife. Jay was very knowledgeable, quick to respond and extremely easy to work with. Both Jay and Cory went above and beyond to make my wife feel comfortable picking up her new car while I was out of town and she was taking care of our toddler. He truly cares about his customers, communicates clearly, and knows his stuff. You never feel pressured—just taken care of. Zoltan Gyorki was the dealer that helped me tremendously in purchasing my dream car. an Audi etron GT! He showed me all the options. He was very helpful putting together a financing plan that fit into my budget. He took a lot of time going over the vehicle with me. He is very professional and had my best interests at heart.
