Cisco was great! Easy and smooth process start to finish
Cisco at Seattle Audi was an Awesome representative for the Dealership. My new A6 is the second car I have purchased from Cisco. He is prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. I had a great experience at Seattle Audi.
I went with my brother and father to Audi Seattle. They had leased a 2023 Audi Q5 and were considering whether to buy it or opt for the 2026 model. They have a wonderful rapport with Ben Moses, and I completely agree! The whole experience was hassle-free, and Ben truly exceeded our expectations. In the end, my father and brother chose the new model, and they are very pleased. If you're in the market for an Audi, make sure to ask for Ben.
I am extremely disappointed with the experience my daughter had at the Audi parts department today. On Wednesday, my daughter purchased a car part in person and paid cash for it. She was told the part would arrive Friday, so she returned today to pick it up because she had a repair appointment scheduled for 1:00 PM. When she arrived, she was informed that the wrong part had been ordered. Because the mistake was on your end, she asked for a refund so she could purchase the correct part elsewhere in time for her appointment. H... read more
