Leased a car from Jeff and team, and the process couldn't have been easier. Jeff wasn't pushy or slick. He was patient, transparent about numbers, and gave me plenty of space to make my decision. Just purchased my first Audi. JP helped me out and was really easy to work with. We went in with the intention to test drive the vehicle, but decided to move forward with a purchase. I had Edwin as my service advisor and he was refreshingly easy to work with and direct. No upselling or random BS, just straight business. I brought my car in for recalls, he told me what theyre gonna do, gave me a timeline and arranged a loaner all within 10 mins. He was planning to give me a Q5 for a day, something came up, and instead of making me wait while he sorted things out, he just gave me the keys to a Q7 and set me on my way. A great guy all around, makes me more likely to come back in the future.
