I had to take my Audi TT roadster in to Santa Barbara Audi to find out what was wrong with it because it was not Running. The service department contacted me said they had received the car and we’re starting to work on it. They diagnosed the problems very quickly and explain them very thoroughly to me. I had a great experience working with Chris to buy my first Audi (and my first pre-owned car). Chris was friendly, honest, and fair. I especially appreciated the post-purchase support.
