Other pros of the dealership include a beautiful location, great amenities, and overall comfortable environment. No pressure shopping and immediate support were the theme. I would exercise caution when using this location for Audi lease service and maintenance.. A friend recently brought their Audi Q5 in for its required 2-year inspection and left extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience. Several basic maintenance items, including a tire rotation, were not performed, yet the service department attempted to recommend and sell additional services that should have already been covered under the lease agreement. Excellent Service and friendly staff
I had to take my Audi TT roadster in to Santa Barbara Audi to find out what was wrong with it because it was not Running. The service department contacted me said they had received the car and we’re starting to work on it. They diagnosed the problems very quickly and explain them very thoroughly to me. Initially, I thought the vehicle might have to be totaled due to rodent damage. After their inspection, I was told there was no rodent damage and all I needed was a battery replaced.
