I have always had great and friendly service for small questions or full tune up and repairs. My last visit Marcos Garcia was very helpful and as usual everyone is very nice!
Great car/service and point person. Would like to see what others do which is clean the car after service and/or even charge the electric car.
I recently had an alert pop up about tire pressure on my 2022 GT eTron. I called my service representative Marin Maric and left a message. Frankly, my experience has been that this is not a sure way to address a problem with my cars. Most advisors are so slammed, that you’re lucky to get a call back by the end of the day, if any response at all. Called two days in a row - they never respond and it kicks you to voice mail, regardless of the hour. It's been more than a week since and no one returned my calls. Meanwhile, city Toyota or Honda service depts. respond to calls in 0.2 seconds. So budget cars dealers have funds to put a person on the phone and Audi doesn't? Absolutely ridiculous.
