I have had several very positive experiences with the Audi San Diego Parts department. I have called them with different part numbers for wheel center caps, floor mats, roof racks, etc. and they always either have the part in stock, are able to source it quickly, or make a different recommendation. They have held items for me until I could get to the dealership to pick up and are always super friendly before, during and after our interactions. I recommend them if you're ever looking for Audi OEM parts.
I couldn’t find the right parts anywhere in San Diego. I spoke with Isaiah at this dealership, and he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining exactly what I needed.
