One word: Professionalism. It’s rare to receive this level of customer service at a car dealership. Great sales process. Finance department was a level above. Great follow up with their brilliant tech guy who has been very helpful walking me through the tech on my new Audi. This was a great experience.
I purchased the vehicle without even going to the dealership since I don’t live in the area! Jaeson and Cameron could not have been more helpful. Jaeson even drove it to Wyoming for me! I highly recommend Salt Lake City Audi! Wonderful customer service!

I'm giving them a 3-star, not a 2-star rating, because Danielle was helpful and kind to talk to, and Olive, the service advisor, was great to work with. However, I will not be taking my car back to this particular dealership for any overpriced, underperformed diagnosis or repair. I strongly encourage anyone needing diagnostic or repair service to look into an independent shop rather than going to this dealership.
