We purchased a new car at Strong Audi . It was a great experience. We were treated extremely well. Tyler was awesome to work with. He worked hard to get us the best deal possible. The finance manager Gio was also very helpful and went out of his way to accommodate our needs in arranging tinting. Lastly we appreciated the expertise of Christian our tech advisor in going over all the functions of this fabulous car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an Audi.
I bought parts from the parts department in cash and they wouldn’t give me my change in cash, they wrote me a check for $7. It’s the most ass backwards thing I have ever seen. I asked them to refund me all my parts and give me the $100 bill I gave them and they said they can’t because the till already shows it’s in there. I have worked for 3 separate dealerships including an Audi dealership and have never seen this ever before.
Had a really good experience at Audi Salt Lake City. John helped me out with the car and was great to work with—really friendly, patient, and never made me feel pressured into anything. Gio helped me with the finance side and made everything simple and easy to understand. Both of them were genuinely great guys and made the whole experience a lot easier than I expected. Would definitely recommend them.
I am writing this review with the understanding that as the consumer I have the ability to walk away at any point, but since the dealership solicited the review, I figure I can take the opportunity to give it for both their potential improvement and to make sure other buyers are aware of the situation I faced after driving 11+ hours and finding undisclosed defects that were not apparent in the online photos.
