Right before a planned long trip, I had an error message pop-up on my dashboard screen and did not know what it really meant. Contacted my service rep, Alvaro Matus, and he settled my nerves and had me come in for a technician to look at my Q5. Problem was easily resolved and my trip is saved. Thanks Alvaro...great customer service!
