I am a long-term customer here and am increasingly disappointed with service. This is the third time being extremely disappointed. After receiving no information about the car after a day and a half in their possession, and being unable to get in touch with anyone despite multiple texts and calls, I simply showed up at the dealership and my car happened to be done with the recall.
