Deplorable customer service, mediocre mechanical work, and complete lack of management oversight. For simple work like oil change and tire change/rotation you will probably be fine. For anything more complicated go to another shop. Some service advisors are good but lately most are curt and rude. I have been a loyal customer of Rockville Audi for 15 years, with 4 new Audi's. Got a flat tire. I was delighted to receive timely assistance and a new tire was installed and alignment done in a few hours. Great experience. AL was great!
