Came in for an oil change. They also noted two required manufacturer recalls which Audi which had not notified me. The service at Rockville Audi was outstanding. The only negative was that to have tires rotated would have been an additional $70.
Daniel was great and very communicative. The whole team was accommodating and made sure I was able to keep the loaner until my service was done. I appreciate the service team’s knowledge and transparency. Overall, amazing service!
Service was timely and service department personnel were very communicative and professional. Due to some issue, the loaner vehicle was not available, requiring the use of Uber. This was the item that brought score down to 4 stars
