Very deceiving salesman at this dealership... be very careful as they will show one price when negotiating your deal and totally have a different number when you sign your lease and try to hide it as extra costs. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST !!!!!
Your service department is awful, and you rip people off! My son had to take his car there due to his thermostat not working. He has an extended warranty that he purchased with the car (from a different car dealership). The warranty covered the thermostat and labor but then the service department claimed they broke a part while taking it apart to fix the thermostat and are charging my son for the part. If you broke it, you fix it. This has been argued by my son and now they are changing their story to say the part was broken... read more
I bought a used Q5 in 2019 and I was sold on an extended warranty at purchase. Ive had my vehicle serviced multiple times and never received a loaner vehicle which is and was advertised at the point of sale and on Audis website. The latest experience involved me being returned the vehicle after service with the front engine splash protector completely dragging on the ground which now Im stuck with due to never having any service managers available in parts and service over a long weekend. Their F rating is not a surprise. Beware of ******************* (manager) and *************************** (salesperson), and Audi Tacoma. Im not sure if these individuals went rogue, simply screwed up, or if this is SOP for Audi Tacoma, but they sold a vehicle out from under us after I gave them our financial information for a deposit on a vehicle. *** claimed he left me a message the day after I provided our information that the car was unavailable. If I could leave a zero start I would. I made a deal with Audi Pacific to come pick up the car this memorial day. The sales agent said we are good to go on Wednesday. I asked for the documents to confirm but never heard back from him. I contacted him again on Friday and he said everything was fine. Came in on ******** and they said if you want the car go pick up a cashier check from **** where I got approval. I took my Audi Q5 to get repairs three times and more money each time, only to have the car ride properly for one day and then start back not riding accurately again. Every time they fix one thing the say its not that maybe its this, so lets try this or that, paying money in the thousands for repairs that are not being repaired!
