I took my A4 in to have diagnostic done on my radio due to it not working. The tech did nothing and said that my car had been in an accident. That was news to me and had nothing to do with my radio. Charged me 589 and recommended that I take it one of their preferred auto mechanic. I wrote a letter to the ** or manager to express my concerns and if you heard something back then I did. Nothing! I will not use this dealership again
Absolutely the worst service department ever. Fail to maintain contact with owners. Have to beg for status updates. Extremely slow to answer the phone. They are now adding a 3% additional charge to pay with a credit card and have the nerve to claim that there is a discount for cash. No mention is made of this on their website when you schedule service. It's a ****** problem. The ****** Porsche dealership tried to pull the same thing. Terrible experience. Salesman ***************** and his manager ********************* both both lied and misrepresented. **** lower the price (by $1200) and then added ($1400) saying that we add Master Shield on all cars. ***** said that the car is detailed, but it was not. I would rather see that THEY say "no" instead of misrepresent and cheat. Had no issue with the experience purchasing my car from here. The issue is after the fact. Decided it was best to cancel some warrantys and products. Trying to get a resolution from ***************************** in finance has been near impossible. Currently going on 40 days of one-sided correspondences. Feels as if customers are thrown to the side after purchasing a vehicle from here. Does not return calls either. Completely unprofessional. I will keep on attempting to resolve this matter, but it is looking bleak.

Your service department is awful, and you rip people off! My son had to take his car there due to his thermostat not working. He has an extended warranty that he purchased with the car (from a different car dealership). The warranty covered the thermostat and labor but then the service department claimed they broke a part while taking it apart to fix the thermostat and are charging my son for the part. If you broke it, you fix it. This has been argued by my son and now they are changing their story to say the part was broken... read more
