Absolutely awful experience (8/31/24). Im writing this review as I drive away from the dealership because you need to know not to come here. ****** acted like he was too busy to answer our questions and refused to show us a Q5 that was not in the showroom, only willing to show the hybrid that was on the floor. My husband and I were in the market for the "unicorn" ***. We came to Hiley Volkswagen and met with Tai the ** Guy. He was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful in getting us the *** we have been looking for. If you're in the market for a vehicle we highly recommend going to see Tai the ** Guy.
**************** is terrible. Bought a vehicle June 15. Nine plus weeks later, STILL waiting for plates. Request to speak to manager was put through and after 10 mins on hold, I gave up. No call back. Someone there didnt send off for plates. Dont expect ANY service after sale. They will say this is out of their hands and they get the plates from the state. I called Texas DMV and was told I should have received the plates a month ago.
I had one of the worst business experiences of my life at Biener Audi, "attempting" to purchase a used car using ***** as my salesperson in July-August 2024.***** for the last 4 weeks was supposed to provide the final net check amount including the agreed trade-in value. I was looking to purchase the 2014 Dodge *************** from Audi Atlanta located at **************************************************************, I test drove the car on a Tuesday and was scheduled to go back on Thursday to buy the car. I had an appointment and even spoke to the car salesman that I was working with on Wednesday to confirm my Thursday appointment. Unfortunate because we love the car. But, the service at Arlington is miserable. We brought a car in for a basic check up. They had no loaners, kept our car for 6 days, called management and the ** and got NO responses back ever. They found an issue with the tires and rather than checking them by putting new tires on and testing, they required I buy new ones SO they could test. Regardless, terrible customer and car service. I would love to find the owner of this place. I assume they have no idea what a mess it is.
Beware of buying an extended warranty from this dealer. The salesman/financial lied about my warranty just to sell me a $3000 bumper to bumper warranty to 100,000 miles, that isnt actually bumper to bumper. The daytime running light went out on my Atlas, 70k miles. After contacting the dealership to diagnose it they told me that the warranty company refused to cover the replacement. This dealership is a scam. I purchased an Audi Q5 Prestige from this dealer last November. Sales person ***** sneaked in *************, Eco-Bond and extended maintenance warrantee to the contract. Finance *************** didnt go over these items with us. We were rushed out because they were closing. Next day we found out the weird charges, revisited them and the real fun began. We traveled all the way from ********** to purchase a used ******** CLS450. The price listed for the car was acceptable and fair so we offered to pay asking price after our test drive. The sales manager came out and told us that their dealership has mandatory charges for that car and added about $6000 for paint protection (ceramic coating) and some kind of damage protection plan!
