Amazing amazing service with ****** *. We drove far to this dealer and did not regret it, we had amazing service from ******. From communication to gathering our paperwork so we can leave back from out of town ON TIME ! we would definitely drive far again for ******* service we are very pleased ! The service as this location was also so pleasing we literally left happy!

I brought my car for a cam seal after having a spark plugs changed earlier abd noticed a little oil on two of them. I thought because service loaner and warranty and being the dealer be good to bring car to Audi South Atlanta, but I was disappointed greatly. The issue of wasn't the part coverage, but how the service advisor talked to me as if I wasn't worth the time when I asked about paying the diagnostic fee. There should be an option for a negative rating. Took my 2015 **** Q5 ( less than 100k miles) Got Quoted $220 for diagnostic. Received invoice for $826 for a new Battery.. Told Q ******* svc Mgr that there seemed be electrical issue causing batteries to die. He confirmed that a NEW battery was required and it resolved issues. On picking up vehicle i questioned the charge and paid $606 I explained the battery they were replacing at a higher cost was also new (1 week old) I also paid the $18 core charge and took that battery).... read more

The worst experience i have ever had at a dealership. Test drove an SQ5 on a Tuesday, made offer on Wednesday which they accepted. Set up financing and insurance and arranged pick up on that Friday with sales person *****. I was in constant communication with him the day before and the day of, informing him i was selling my wife's current vehicle Friday morning and would go straight to him after. ***** calls me Friday as i am driving to him to tell me they cannot sell me the car as they didn't have the title. I called **** of Chantilly to book a service appointment. Once speaking to the service advisor and telling her what the issue was with the vehicle, I was placed on hold in hopes of getting an appointment. Instead the advisor returned and told me that the Service Manager said "I DONT WANT TO OPEN THAT CAN OF WORMS" and refused to book an appointment and I was advised to try another **** dealer in the area. Wow talk about being professional!!!

Okayso I planned this oil change/service more than a month in advance. They gave me a rental and it was dirty. So I contacted ******* explained the dirty car situation and also not being happy in a significantly lower model car and if I could exchange. He mentioned that it was wrong for them to send me off in a dirty car and that he would work on exchanging me. Every time I go to get my car serviced the salesmen are always trying to add on substantial “preventative”work to my car that I don’t need. I went in for an oil change that cost less than $200 but if I was dumb enough to go for their constant unnecessary sales pitches I’d be paying them over 3k in work that I don’t need! It’s literally INSANE! Something must be done about them! The experience is always so draining! This is the very reason salespeople get such bad reps! Audi of Las Vegas should be ashamed! They are liars and manipulators. I was given a quote for a new oem differential and a remanufactured differential by **** Keith ********* They ended up going behind my back and got approval from my warranty company to use a used differential which I did not agree to and it ended up being a defective part. After reaching out to both *** ****** and ***** ********* they both agreed wrong verbiage was used by the service advisor but then denied rectifying the issue. My Salesperson, ****** ********* was honest, paid attention, and even picked me up from my hotel, as I had arrived by rental car the night before.The dealership is clean, easy to get to, and is full of ** owners who seem to smile a lot.I purchased a used 2022 ****, and travelled almost 500 miles to complete the transaction, and buy the car.
