It was great overall. They made the process and deal very easy.
I was invited to discuss potential arrangements, with an appointment scheduled for the following morning to view the vehicle. However, I subsequently received notification that the car had been sold, which caused considerable disappointment. It is counterintuitive to invite a prospective client for a discussion regarding a vehicle only to sell it prior to their scheduled visit. They were very responsive. The buying process was smooth. I was finished with the buying process in under 2 hrs. They have since been very responsive with after purchase questions. I highly recommend working with Andrew!

They were responsive and transparent but their policies were unheard of. No trade in accpeted and no finacing since i was out of state. That was a turn off and red flag for me. I have nought more cars then i would like to admit in my life and never head that. Again its their policy and I respect it but not a great business model and honestly turned me off as far as the trust factor.
