This Audi is the biggest joke in Minnesota! Absolutely terrible service!!!! I’ve been thrown around for weeks now on a damn appointment because not a single person there has any idea what’s going on. Just drove an hour away for them to not have anything I needed ready for my appointment. This isn’t the first time either. I set up an appointment three weeks ago today for last Monday! Beware of this place. Upon completion of an oil change, they tried telling me my engine coolant was leaking, it wasnt. A week or so later, my engine light came on. Don't trust these guys at all.

Beautiful and modern building, meeting Audi's hospitality standards with friendly staff. However, they lack the experience and knowledge of the more established Audi dealers in town. I have been disappointed in their ability to properly service my e-tron. I have owned 6 Audi vehicles, and am beginning to sour on the brand after over 20 years of loyalty, in part because of recent visits. I now favor my BMW I as my daily driver, while my wife complains endlessly about the shortcomings of the e-tron.

**BEWARE SERVICE DEPT** Absolutely horrendous. I brought my Audi to the service department and they tried destroying my engine by dropping a bracket in the engine, not tightening the oil drain plug, stained my interior, and stole the floor mats that came with my car. I brought the car to be repaired elsewhere.
