I had a very disappointing experience with the service department. They failed to repair my vehicle and did not conduct a camera inspection or provide a proper report. Additionally, they misrepresented their actions regarding the inspection. My vehicle ended up in even worse condition than before. I will not return to this establishment and advise others to exercise caution when considering their services.
