I live two hours away from this dealership. Before I went there to purchase the car I wanted, I made sure to confirm the price. When I got there, and started going over financing, I was informed that there was an additional $1798 charge for a protective clearcoat they put on the car. This was not disclosed to me beforehand. When looking over the paperwork, it is listed as an optional extended care. However, they told me that it was not an option I had to pay for it. They are a bunch of scammers! After 15 years and 4 cars, you lost a loyal customer today not because of the because of the complete lack of professionalism, poor communication, and dismissive attitude of your staff. **************** mattersand in this case, ****** ******** failed completely. I had a very disappointing experience with the service department. They failed to repair my vehicle and did not conduct a camera inspection or provide a proper report. Additionally, they misrepresented their actions regarding the inspection. My vehicle ended up in even worse condition than before. I will not return to this establishment and advise others to exercise caution when considering their services.
