Professionals who treat you like an adult - that was our takeaway. Purchased a car from Isaac, but - through no fault of the dealer - a problem very quickly appeared. Issac and his team efficiently handled the problem, even providing a loaner despite the fact that we live quite far away. I have purchased quite a few vehicles in my life and most of them in the same way as I did with Rancho Mirage. This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Bottom line: Don't buy if you are not local, the communication and care you will receive is not worth it... not for an AUDI dealership. They need to do better and not with empty excuses and "We will make it right" followed by silence.
Working with Andrew Guzman was the simplest, most transparent, seamless car buying experience. From the moment we had contact with him, he was working hard behind the scenes to find our car and make the sale happen. We actually found this car shopping enjoyable. He went beyond the call of duty in helping us with a completely separate experience in shipping our older car across country. Impressive, first class service. Thank you, Andrew!
So... 5 stars to Wilson. Great working with him. responsive, supportive, engaging. 5 stars to the rest of the 'team' I worked with on the deal. The 'auto group' - 1 STAR if that... Stargard - a farce - a very expensive waste of money, can't remove, useless, not accurate (got home after buying the car, it 'geofenced' my car in a house on the wrong street three houses down), and ruined the overall buying experience. Always a great service experience at Rancho Audi Mirage. Lorena is efficient, communicative and kind. My time always feels valued. Super impressed by the service technician Edal (Idel, Adal- not sure of the spelling, sorry!) he provided a very thorough video and service, appreciate feeling cared for and safe with my car service.
