Parts man is extremely rude. He insisted on speaking only to my husband even after I told him twice it was my automobile. Salesman John Marble I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. He is very thoughtful and an excellent salesman who went out of his way to ensure I was happy with my beautiful Audi.
Took almost SEVEN hours to replace 4 tires on my 2019 RS5. I showed up on time for my scheduled appointment and they weren't sure they had the tires (I had ordered the tires through their service dept)...they tracked them down and it somehow took the entire day. My wife took the car for scheduled maintenance aka an oil change, and it took 4 hours to accomplish the oil change.
