I was told on a Saturday that I needed to have my break pads replaced while having my snows switched out at a tire supplier. I needed to use the car on Monday for a trip. Called Lenox VW on Monday AM, they (James and crew) fit me into their busy schedule at 3pm and I was out before 5. Congratulations to Ethan as well on the new digs. Super swanky.
