I purchased a new Audi Q5 Sportback from Audi Lenox last week. It was a super easy and positive experience throughout the process from test drive to searching for the exact car I wanted followed by the trade in, financing and final purchase. Laura was super friendly and knowledgeable when getting me acclimated to all of the new car features. I generally don’t look forward to car shopping however Audi made it easy.

Gotta love it brought, my Jeep to get my AC fixed and now my battery is dead and my AC doesn’t work anymore. This place is a joke!!!
***UPDATE*** Brought my car a certified Audi Mechanic. Turns out Audi -Lenox misdiagnosed my car. The issue they presented had nothing to do with the actual issue with my car. If you can avoid this dealership. Bought an 2020 Audi A-4 premium package with 34,000 miles 2 years ago for $27,000. Oil pump /bolts went this year at 51000 miles. I have it towed to Audi dealer ship. Car has very little if any damage at all to the exterior. Interior is in great condition.
