Wow! I was promised that when my personal check cleared, my Audi from Lenox Audi would be delivered. 3/24 my check cleared. I did not receive my car until late afternoon 3/26. My 3-year old car (I assume “off lease” ) vehicle was not returned to Audi of Lenox with a second expensive second “key fob”. Not my problem, or issue, although I am due a second fob.
I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Audi Lenox. The sales team initially appeared professional and straightforward, which is why I chose this location. However, this also made what followed even more frustrating. This involved a brand new Audi Q5 that was delivered to me with 102 miles on it, an emissions-related check engine light already on.
