Well I understand it’s a used 2023 Audi a4 car but I pointed out some blemishes on the exterior and a ripped floor mat. I was told it would be taken car of it wasn’t. I tried to get payment lower they said they would fix those things so I took them at face value. I was also told after I brought up the 40k mileage service was never given an answer but indirectly that they will look into it. So I highly doubt that got done. Edit: My review has been edited because McGee/Lenox contacted me almost immediately after my review was posted and amicably resolved the issue. Their team is responsive and pleasant to deal with, I just didn't have the best experience with this particular vehicle. Purchased a 2025 RS6 in Late October from McGee. Purchase experience was smooth, however I was promised the car was "perfect", and instead the shipper noted 20+ small marks, scratches and dents on the (nearly new) vehicle.
