I brought my Porsche 911 there to the Audi dealership in arrowhead , without an appointment, and from the moment I got there, to the free uber home, to getting my car back completely done and picked up in a few hours. I was so happy with the service and especially all the help from Kelton who was absolutely amazing. Great job everyone.
Excellent Service representative Sebastien. He is courteous, information and just a super person to deal with. I booked via the online Service tool, specifically when Sebastien was available. I waited in the customer area within the service dept. enjoyed a cup of coffee and a snack. Sebastien kept me updated on the progress of the service. His time for service and his estimated costs were both inline with the expectations he had set. I left the dealership very happy. Thank you.
