Dropped the car off for a scheduled maintenance and told them I didn’t need it back until the following afternoon. I started calling at the agreed upon time and could not get anyone to answer. After a few hours of no communication and calling several different numbers I caught a ride home then received a text telling me the car will be ready after hours. The work done was fine, the complete lack of communication was not. Things happen, tell the customer what’s going on and they will deal with it.
Friendly and quick service. Up front with price and expectations.
Staff was nice. Overpriced as you'd expect with a service center at a dealership. Also find it odd that the couple of times I've brought my vehicle here, they've found an oil leak... Two separate leaks. I won't be bringing my vehicle back here and I can't wait to get another car... It definitely won't be an Audi. Clearly an unreliable car if I seem to have an oil leak every time I get it serviced (but only here for some reason).
