I bought my **** A4 new in 2023 and a month later rattle and brakes. Still the brakes are very unsafe. Ive been to the dealership 5 times now. In Nov they had my car 3 1/2 weeks just to tell me the leaves caused rattle which is not what they told me the 2 visit. They just clean brakes and clearly this does not work. I was referred to Hiley Automotive From an **** dealer who did not service vehicles. I spoke with **** ***** who walked me through the process. He sent video of the diagnostic and called me about the services needed. I provided the extended warranty information showing a specific service was covered aside from the services which werent covered. **** never turned in my warranty request. The techs have zero integrity and will send anything out the door to save a few seconds on their flat rate time. Service advisor are extremely rude and treat women like they are clueless to anything.

I took my 2022 Q5 in for services because the blue tooth keeps disconnecting. They had the car all day and I had to Uber back and forth. When I went to pick it up they told me the car looks great we checked everything out. Just plug it in instead of using the Bluetooth and it won't disconnect. Didn't offer to change Bluetooth antenna or re load software have no interest in assisting with completion installing my Audi app on my phone. Super non helpful and service manager does not return my call. Go to **** ** *********.
**** Barrie Dealership is a Scam!I bought an **** SQ5 from **** Barrie on Wednesday, November 13 2024, and I am beyond disappointed.
