Had my car inspected and came home and noticed a wheel cap was missing. I called to find out what was happened - I was yelled at by the service department, when I simply asked what happened. They thought I was accusing of them of wrongdoing when I was simply asking why they didnt note it and try to finish it. I was yelled and felt they could intimidate me because Im a woman. They should be ashamed of themselves.
I've been a Audi customer for years. Have used a few dealers: ************** and ************* - they are excellent. Audi Peabody is dishonest - I've caught them in several lies around servicing my car. I would not use them.
Last monday i had a terrible experience in this dealer. i book a appointment because a company change my glass and right after the technician change the glass a warning light came on saying Wipers defective, i called the technician and to come back and fix the issue, but he couldn't he told me to go to the audi that if there something wrong the company would pay for it i was very angry, so i went to the audi of peabody and arrived for the appointment, my advisor was Ryan S**** and he walked to me and i explained the situatio... read more
