Fast service and Reza was very professional
Very disappointed this visit. No loaner. My car sat for 2 days while my service advisor was out sick, no one tending to my car and the warranty claim. All the while I was accruing rental charges. Completely disappointing. And no warranty coverage which I felt my service advisor could have caught harder for. $3K in the end.
Reza is incredible. Would not take my car to anyone else, ever.
