Service had my car for a month for a known software problem since the day I bought it brand new. This is not the fault of my service rep, so I don’t rate him low- this is for the dealership itself. Stand behind what you sold. After a month in the shop- probably should’ve given me a new car at that point. Lord help them if the warning lights start coming on again.
