Staff were friendly but had no solution for my software problem and constant sensor failures
The purpose of my visit was to get recall work done. The dealer completed the work in a timely manner and kept me informed of any changes.
Tom was my service advisor, I never got the names of the service techs though. Came in for a recall and software update, the staff was fantastic, got everything done very quickly. It was my first time at the Owings Mills dealership and frankly, I'll be back, it was a great experience. Have options for a bunch of Audi dealerships in the area but this was my first choice and now last lol. Thanks!
