Received 120k service on my 2021 Audi A5 Quattro Premium Plus Cabriolet; the dealer did not have any service listed for convertibles; I shared that the convertible latch needed to be lubricated and paid extra for it! The dealer had only worked on 1-2 convertibles and so nothing about convertibles was in the requirements; I was also informed that my car did not show up in the records as a convertible per the VIN number, hence not requirements for the top was shown in requirements! However, service was great!
From drop off to pick up these guys are the best. Completely professional and explained everything I asked about. I would not use any other dealer for service
