Horrible customer service.
After I signed the contract, it became clear the dealership didn’t truly care about me as a customer. Though I asked for help, and they did what they could to fix the issues, the overall experience and the joy of driving this car is gone because of these problems. I recently purchased my Audi Q3 2025 last year July 2025, and my initial experience at Audi was fantastic, thanks to my sales representative, Elena, who was fantastic- both professional and welcoming.
