Ta da da dum! Like Beethoven I'm having the 5th. Nope, not symphony; the 5th Audi from Mark Motors of Ottawa. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a great vehicle from a great dealership. After five purchases, you'd think the novelty would wear off, but somehow Mark Motors keeps hitting all the right notes. Very disappointing experience at Audi Ottawa. I bought a certified preowned Audi Q3 through the Audi plus+ program from this location that had been having issues with AC, suspension, and the back right door. These are all issues that should have been resolved through the Audi plus+ certified preowned program but weren't addressed properly. Emailed about these issues and was ignored. The Audi dealership on Montreal road went out of their way to stay open after they closed to make a deal happen. AMANDA Poisson, was so polite, professional and tended to every detail. Geoffrey her manager worked hard to make our numbers feel comfortable. We bought a Q3 technique TFSI 45. Kathleen provided a detailed list of the extra options from a added 6 year warranty that gives us a 10 year warranty , tags, Audi appearance and other packages we could choose from.
