I recently bought a used ‘18 RS5 Coupe. Steve was my sales person and made everything seamless. He answered all my questions before arriving and cleared up any concerns I had. He even drove the car to Charlotte, NC for me on his own time to make sure the techs had time to look over the car and fix an evap line that needed replacing. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I definitely recommend Steve to anyone looking for a new or used car. He will make sure to take proper care of you.

I hate that I have to select at least one star to leave a review. They deserve ZERO stars!!! Terrible terrible experience this time around! Completely mind blown. Bought a 2023 Q7 a few weeks ago and have already had to go to service twice. This time was told oh you need 2-3 new tires. Im sorry what?! I just bought the car!!! Shame on Audi for this terrible service. Second and last Audi! And they have nothing to say but basically buy the tires spend more money here even though you haven’t even made the first payment on it! P... read more
I had talked to a sales rep all day saying I was coming to get a car. I was driving a trade in that I didn’t want to drive long distance. I kept in contact all day and texted when I was on the way. I drove an hour and a half, they got the keys to the car, showed it to me and then said sorry it’s pending. We were going to buy two cars!! So greedy to make a dollar you wasted my entire day/evenng.
