This is obviously a backseat to the dealer and I get that, but it's still a service Audi provides and the dealer should make more of an effort to service customers in ANY way, not just at the front end to make the $$. If Silvercar wants to rent cars, locations should be staffed. Waited nearly an hour for someone while the dealership kept paging for a Silvercar rep, then they finally told me she was "out on a delivery." Eventually someone from the dealership was able to assist to get me on the road, but I realized the car had damage on all four wheels, and I had no way to officially note this with Silvercar when "attesting that there was no damage."
