I purchased a pre owned Q5 back in January. That was the easy part. I financed the car through Michael (finance dept). He added in the Audi extended warranty (close to $4k additional) which was not clearly explained to me and I feel sneakily added in. A few weeks after purchase, I was able to cancel the warranty and told I would have the money back in full by May. Bought a pre own only lasted 9 months oil pump failed and damage my motor the warranty they offered didn’t cover anything even thought the sales person said everything the oil touches is cover.
Sean, the service tech did an amazing job. He found the problem immediately and repaired my vehicle in a timely manner. I would refer everyone to Sean if bringing their car in for service at Atlantic Audi. Joe, the service manager was also very polite - keeping me updated with the step by step process of the concerns on the vehicle.
Brought a Truecar quote in to purchase a preowned Audi. The only fee on the quote is $75 doc fee, nothing about financing. Jesse Eiermann refused to honor the quote, claimed there’s an additional $695 admin fee and the quoted price applies only if you finance with them and their bank. There’s no financing fine print on the TrueCar quote. Don’t advertise a price you won’t honor.
